THI will provide you
with convenient and fast service, and inspections are thorough, yet practical.
Clients and agents are welcome to attend inspections. The
inspector will take time to insure that everything is observed
and accurately noted on the report. A normal inspection may take
up to a few hours. Reports are computer generated and easy to read, including a summary page of defects for quick reference. Reports can be e-mailed or delivered hard copy, within 24 hours of the inspection.

| Jon Tholkes is the owner of
THI Home Inspections, LLC, and a licensed home inspector.
He has lived in the upstate since 2000, and in Northeast Georgia
prior, so he is very familiar with both areas. He has an extensive
background in HVAC, electrical and plumbing. Jon is a member of
